Workspace & Collaborators
Workspaces let you group sites and invite collaborators (colleagues, developers, clients). Each workspace is isolated from the others.

Creating a workspace
Section titled “Creating a workspace”- Go to Workspace → New Workspace in the side menu.
- Assign a name.
- Add the sites to include.
Inviting a collaborator
Section titled “Inviting a collaborator”- Open the workspace and go to Collaborators.
- Enter the collaborator’s email address.
- If the email is already registered on WP Smart, the collaborator is added immediately.
- If not, an invitation email is sent; they join automatically upon registration.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can collaborators see all my sites? No, only the sites assigned to the workspace they were invited to.
What role do collaborators have? “Member” access — they can manage workspace sites. The owner retains full control.
Can I have multiple workspaces? Yes, to organise different clients in separate environments.
What happens to a pending invitation? It shows as Awaiting registration and can be revoked at any time.
