By using WP Smart, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Centralised dashboard for WordPress management: plugins/themes, security, SEO, remote backups. Requires the WP Smart Plugin on each WordPress site.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate information at registration. You are responsible for your password and security tokens. Report any unauthorised access immediately.

4. Licence and intellectual property

Limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service. The WP Smart Plugin is provided under GNU GPL v2 or later.

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the service for illegal purposes, interfere with its performance, attempt unauthorised access, or store/transmit malware.

6. Backups and storage

Stored on Cloudflare R2. Capacity and retention defined by your plan. You remain responsible for maintaining your own critical data copies.

7. Payments

Via Lemon Squeezy with recurring fees. Cancel at any time via the billing portal; premium access ends at the current billing cycle’s end.

8. Limitation of liability

Service provided “as is”. WP Smart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

Italian law (Republic of Italy).
